Our experienced staff will work with you concerning your account. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards for payment at the time of service. In the event that you or a family member would require major dental work, our front desk personnel are happy to address your financial needs.
For a direct secure link to pay your bill using a credit card, please contact us (call, text, or email) and we will send you one- no account creation required.
Insurance
Our staff is trained and experienced in dealing with insurance questions and protocol. For your convenience, if you have dental insurance we are happy to file your primary claims for you. Our office accepts most dental insurance and can tell you if we accept your plan during your first call or visit to the office. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental and Aetna Extend.
Please note that dental insurance companies do not always cover 100% of any dental procedure. The insurance plan you have is based upon a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. The monetary amount of reimbursement for dental procedures varies from plan to plan. If you have questions regarding the specifics of your insurance plan, please contact your employer or insurance company directly. If we can be of assistance, please let us know.
